Our CEO Mr. Yan Zhang, Registered MARA agent since 2009 (MARA No: 0961455), has 13 years' work experience with IDP as the senior counsellor, over 17 years’ experience in Australian education and migration industry.

Mandil Basnet
Senior Consultant
Mandil Basnet is one of the consultants working in Fusion oz Sydney Office from October 2020. He completed his education in the USA and later he started his career in education and career counselling in 2015. He has years of experience working in Nepal and Australia in dealing with Australian education and immigration services. He is an expert consultant with in-depth knowledge about the Australian Education System and migration requirements.
Dheeraj Bansal
Senior Consultant
Dheeraj Bansal is working as Qualified Education Agent Counsellor from three years in Fusion OZ. He is an expert in handling different matters related to education courses,visas as well as dealing with the queries of all international students and graduates. His ability also lies in building relations with various educational bodies. Dheeraj uses his cheerful outlook and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. In his free time,Dheeraj likes to spend time with family,read books and travel.

Sayali is one of the key team members of Fusion Oz Team. She joined the team in 2021 and have been working mostly with students from subcontinent regions.
